• untether yourself from internalised societal expectations and beliefs about how a woman 'should' behave and 'should' be
• grow your confidence as a powerful, compassionate, authentic woman
• be a part of co-creating a group to support yourself and others in this sacred exploration and development

Hello; I'm Alex, and this first meeting of Untethering the Woman Within comes from my own heartfelt desire to be a part of a group that creates the space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together in peeling away the roles so many of us have, consciously and unconsciously, taken on to get along in our societies, while at the same time re-connecting to, re-appreciating and honouring the sacred female energy we contain within us .  We will all have different stories, we will all bring our own experiences and wisdom to the group.  Together, we can create a safe, nurturing, sacred space for magic to happen.

What can you expect?

This first meeting is an opportunity to be a part of co-creating a space: 

• for women to experience the freedom to be their true selves.
• to connect with their innate sacred feminine power.
• to support each other as we learn, explore and grow together.

What will that involve?

• Introductions & housekeeping
• Exercise to connect to the innate embodied feminine presence within
• Time to experience the power of being in circle together with other women.
• Sharing hopes, thoughts and expectations of a women's group

Practical info:

There is no cost to being a part of this first meeting.  

Maximum 6 participants

I will be asking for feedback after our time together to help shape how the group develops in the Autumn.

Are there specific aspects of development and learning you are interested in?   These might include:

• energetic hygiene and protection
• re-connecting and harnessing the uniquely female energy within us for the highest good
• exploring the feminine art of creation
• creating and maintaining boundaries and protection
• bringing balance to the feminine and masculine energies within us, exploring how the healed feminine and masculine are both necessary for a healthy energy, and how elevating the divine feminine can encourage and foster healing in the masculine.
• releasing energies that don't serve us, e.g. healing the witch wound (ancestral fear of persecution), healing the mother wound (not feeling good enough, guilt, shame)
• exploring and connecting to goddess energy
• channelling guidance
• connecting with ancestral wisdom
• understanding and practising the art of being fully present, in your power, and open to receive
• exploring the potential for what a group can achieve, for its members and for the wider world

Further sessions will commence in the Autumn, monthly, dates & times TBA in response to feedback.
