RETURNS POLICY

Goods may be returned in the same condition as when purchased for a full refund (less any postage fees incurred) within 30 days of purchase.  If returning an item by post or courier, please contact Breathe Out Now by email beforehand to let us know.  We encourage you to use a service that enables you to track your parcel, as we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit.

 

We do our utmost to ensure that all items are fault-free.  However, if consider an item to be faulty on receipt, please get in touch immediately, letting us know how it is faulty, whether you would like a replacement or a refund, and to arrange returning the item.  

 

If we agree that the item is faulty upon return, we will endeavour to replace it on request, but if it is out of stock will issue a full refund, including any agreed postage/delivery fees incurred.  Goods must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable).

 

Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.  Please note that it can sometimes take some time for refunds to be processed by the relevant companies.
