Energy Healing/Reiki
Energy healing can be a gentle and effective way of clearing and dissolving blockages and disharmony of many kinds.

I call in traditional Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, and life source energy healing. I generally ask for the most appropriate healing to come through for each person, but you can ask for a specific type of healing if you would prefer.

I have found the most effective way of working is for you to be sitting upright, which may differ from how many people think of a Reiki session. I will help you enter a state in which you are awake and aware while also relaxed and receptive to the healing.

Tarot Reading
A Tarot reading can be useful in clarifying situations, and in offering guidance for how to move forward in the direction you would
like to be heading.
​
Though a reading will not tell you the future, it can provide clarity & guidance on the likely consequences of actions you are considering or about choices you have before you.

Energy MOT
(reading & healing)
We will begin by chatting about what you would like to achieve and any specific issues.
​
You will receive an energy reading, looking at what is currently going well for you, where there are blocks, and your next steps in moving forward, in relation to your query and in alignment with your highest good.
​
You will also receive a healing to help shift stagnant or blocked energy, helping you to connect with your own inner light & guidance.
