About the Event
The Ho'oponopono practice invloves silently repeating 4 phrases (in any order), traditionally in silence:
"I'm sorry."
"Please forgive me."
"Thank you."
"I love you."
The literal translation of ho'oponopono from the Hawaiian is ‘to put right’ or to put in order’. Some say it is to put right relationships: with our ancestors and with the people we have current relationships with. Others extend this to include the relationship with our planet and everything and everyone on it, which is what we would like to do on 21st March, to co-incide with Spring Equinox, a time of hope and new growth.
