Join Sarah Thayer (of www.slowcoachsarah.co.uk) and Alex de Laszlo in the beautiful village of Newton St Loe, Nr. Bath for this supportive and focused 3-hour workshop; helping you find ways to navigate and manage anxieties in these strange and unsettling times.
Never in our wildest dreams (or perhaps our scariest nightmares) could we have imagined our world changing as much as it has over the past months. Yet here we are, living in unprecedented times, in an environment which has changed beyond all measure, bringing with it uncertainty, loss, and inevitably perhaps, anxiety about what lies ahead.
This workshop will help you to:
- Learn how to recognise and manage anxious thoughts or feelings triggered by the uncertainty around us.
- Work positively with any fears, without needing to deny them or have them overwhelm you.
- Understand how to tap into your own inner resources, guidance and anchors, which can provide stability, new awareness and possibilities.
- Add to your emotional toolkit, giving you ways to centre yourself and create moments of peace when things feel unsettled or frightening.
Between them, Sarah and Alex have a wealth of experience in psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, energy healing and NLP, with more than 30 years’ experience working in the field of change, transformation and personal development.
This 3-hour workshop is designed to provide a safe space for you to explore your current thoughts, feelings and situation, given the unique circumstances we’re all facing in the world right now.
We will provide a safe and welcoming space, bring our care, questions, skills and support to help you find ways to access an inner calm and any new insights for transformation as you move forward in 2020 and beyond.
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
Spaces are limited. There will be a maximum of 6 participants and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
Take advantage of the early bird ticket price of £55 until 20 October 2020. £75 thereafter.
